An Unaccustomed Quite

 An unaccustomed quite

a cloaking stillness in the house

I await her return

and the life she radiates

a day without her is too long

beyond that a sentence

I do not envy her revel

her experience of adventure

I simply miss her and 

the goodness she brings forth
