Do you wonder
if the eyes of the world are upon you
as you strive to put your best foot forward
so much to do for people
who don't know to appreciate
the order you bring into their lives

Oh some do
like me
they realize or have seen the alternative
but the crowd you are sworn to serve
well they expect no less
and want it now
and furthermore
they are ready to believe anyone
who blows a big horn

You just keep doing the right thing
working the long hours
